The British Morgan Horse Society was founded in 1975 to promote the Morgan horse in Britain. The BMHS has full reciprocity with the American Morgan Horse Association and all Morgans in Britain must be registered with the BMHS Registry. There are around 550 registered Morgans in Britain and the BMHS is dedicated to promoting the versatility of the breed. The BMHS runs shows, clinics and events throughout the year.
