Margy is a hardy, gentle, laid back, friendly, people-oriented pony. She is jet black and has lots of feather.
Her sire, Brough Hill Hadiran’s Wall, has an extra thick mane and tail with lots of feathering that is straight and fine. He is a wonderful stallion very true to temperament by his gentle ways.
Margy’s dam, Townend Caitlin, is the sweetest most beautiful mare on the west coast! In my opinion! Her movement is well balanced; when the snow is deep she maneuvers through it gracefully.
The Fell Pony makes a good all round family ride or drive. They are versatile and enjoy jumping, dressage, trail riding, and driving… We work with our ponies to build a partnership with them; using techniques and philosophies from natural horsemanship. We give our babies a gentle, loving foundation that you can expand upon.
