Standardbred Horses for Adoption

Please go to this website to learn more about adopting the lovable standardbred. They are in need of a good home and they are awesome as trail horses, show horses, and driving horses. Many are still sound but the standardbreds have to be retired at racing at the young age of 14. Some retire before that due to an injury or maybe lack of speed. That would still make them the perfect horse for most. Standardbreds can be quieter than the Thoroughbred too. Making them sometimes better for a younger or more unexperienced rider. Horse Rescue
Hello,
There is now a Horse Rescue Group on this site at http://www.horseloverscentral.com/node/2718 I encourage you to post messages there whenever there are horses in need. Right now the number of people subscribed is small but hopefully over time it will grow and then there will be a large group of people to send rescue messages too!
