There may be as few as 100 purebred wild mustangs roaming the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. These marvelous creatures once numbered in the millions in the West.
Today the mustangs are hunted, skinned and scalped like muskrats.
