I dont know how many of yall seen the race saterday i know i seen it i wish i did'nt.

The following story is somewhat humorous but it also points to one of the not-so-positive aspects of owning horses. Actually it pertains to any large animal.

I am a professional artist,living in Queensland Australia.I operate from a small studio,close to the beach.I am passionate about my art and horses.

Stating out baby chickens do not need much room but as they mature their needs increase. It can be difficult to determine, based on information that is out there, how much room each bird needs.

On the morning of April 13, 2008 our Clydesdale mare, Minnie, had a colt!

Below are pictures of chickens after two weeks and after three weeks from hatching. One of the most important things with raising chickens is to provide them with plenty of heat.

After months of waiting we finally have our tractor! It is a Kubota MX5100. We went with this tractor because it has 52 HP and is capable of lifting round bales!

I am often asked how much feed it takes to raise a chicken. Since I am in the process of raising a flock I figured this would be a good time to answer that question!

Well every spring we get a batch of chickens. Sometimes for eggs and sometimes for eating!

We just bought a red roan Clydesdale mare that is bred to a black Clydesdale! She just arrived yesterday and we have not had a chance to get to know her that well yet but she is super friendly!
